Really impressed and pleased! I felt really stupid after breaking the USB ports in my laptop and was worried that a computer repair shop would take advantage of my obvious tech-ignorance and charge me a small fortune. But the assistant happily worked through the solutions for fixing it, and the possible costs. I left it with you and within 3 hours I’d had a text message informing me that my laptop was fixed, and that you’d managed to use one of the quick-fixes you’d outlined so it would cost me a mere £14.99. And it works perfectly. Thanks!!

Thanks for sorting out my computer, it was riddled with viruses, you had to take everything off, save it for me then reload windows, you saved all my music, photos and business paperwork, very resonably priced. You also recommended virus protection which we purchased and (touch wood) no more problems, many thanks and highly recommended to all.

Thankyou for your help and advice recently. I really appreciate the fact that you do a quick check to see whether proper diagnostics are worth doing (and charging for) – this isn’t always the case, ans a couple of times you’ve managed a really quick fix and either charged a nominal fee, or nothing at all.
The full repairs you’ve done for me have always been excellent and at a good price. Thanks
